Please bear in mind that when building any website the Audience must always be considered. FTClaims for example was deliberately created as a basic html based site. They are an insurance claims adjustment agency and so deal with many shops and garages. While a Flash or ASP based site may have much higher qualily as well as functionality it doesn't do any good if your viewers are using an older pc that requires them to install things they don't need or want to make it work.
